UPTON
In converting the existing garage to form a potters studio, kiln room and car space, careful consideration was given to a material pallette which would
work well with the existing reclaimed brick walls and timber windows and doors, whilst meeting fire regulation requirements and providing robust spaces in which
pots can be thrown, dried and displayed.
Carefully matched bricks from a demolished 19th century fireplace and treated Oak joinery were chosen to complement the existing pallette.
