At the outset of any project we can advise if Planning Permission would be required or if the proposed work would be considered to be Permitted Development which would not require formal approval. In such instances, we recommend submitting preliminary drawings to the Local Authority for a Certificate of Lawful Development as a formal record that your project complies with the legislation. We can produce all the necessary applications for submission to the Local Authority and we will be glad to guide you through these processes.
