We are delighted to be working on the restoration and development of this 200 year old cottage, originaly owned by Trinity College, Cambridge.
Traditional techniques and materials will be extensively employed during the restoration programme to counter damp and structural problems which resulted from inappropriate repairs and interventions.
Solar thermal panels, air source heat pumps and multi fuel stoves are currently being researched as renewable resources for space and water heating.
The careful stripping back of layers of plaster is currently underway, revealing an interesting and varied past for the house. Watch this space for more updates.
