Having chosen a contractor, a building contract is typically entered into between Client and Contractor. We can make recommendations on the most suitable form of contract for your project, explain your rights under the contract and advise on all aspects of the contract.
We can subsequently prepare and issue the contract documentation on your behalf and administer the contract from the appointment of a contractor, through site inspections and the processing of financial certificates to the handover of the completed building.
