NORTON DISNEY
Addressing the challenges of planning constraints, we designed a relatively low vernacular building to house our client’s wide range of games and activities in a low energy building which will, in the near future, be heated by a bio fuel boiler, fuelled entirely by demolition waste. The layout and form of construction allowed for the relatively easy onward conversion of the building into a Granny Annexe – extending its functional life, potentially housing an older generation of parents or grand-parents.
